Ross Alexander – Client Relations Manager

    Mr. Alexander’s objective is to develop, support and maintain strong relations with the Protax LLC clientele. Mr. Alexander makes a significant contribution in his ability to explain tax appeal and refund procedures, elements of tax appeal agreements, invoicing and the status of accounts for the Protax LLC clientele.

    Ross’s commitment to Protax LLC in 2010 came after 20 years of experience as the Customer Service Manager of a leading computer storage company. In this position Ross supervised a team of customer and technical support representatives, before being promoted as the company’s Major Accounts Manager. Servicing the company’s primary accounts including Hewlett Packard earned him the prestigious, “Supplier of the Year” award.

    Ross’s formal education was acquired at St. Paul College, Minnesota, where he majored in Communications and Computer Technology. With Ross’s comprehensive understanding of the property tax appeals business, he is a great source to call upon when you are in need of clarity.
